Where We Ship
We currently ship within Australia only, dispatched from our warehouse in Delacombe, Victoria.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Free standard shipping is available for VIP customers and local delivery orders. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post's network. Remote and regional areas may experience longer delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel directly on the Australia Post website: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/
Delays & Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, The Glamorous Grub is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control (e.g. weather events, peak periods). If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with Australia Post to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
