Shipping

All products that are listed as 'in stock ready to ship' will be shipped immediately. 

 Backorder products will be clearly shown with an estimated delivery date. (Please note these products have already been ordered & we are awaiting delivery in our warehouse so backorder quantities are limited & products may sell out before they arrive)

If your order contains 'backorder' & 'in stock' products they will be shipped separately with all available items being shipped immediately. 

 

Same Day Dispatch if ordered before 12pm AEST

Orders shipped via Australia Post with tracking. 

PLEASE NOTE: DURING HIGH VOLUME SALES PERIODS

PROCESSING TIME WILL BE 1-2 days

You will be notified immediately if there is an issue with dispatching your order.

Express Post Shipping $19.95 Flat Rate Australia Wide

Regular Shipping to NZ Flat Rate $33 NZD


 


Refunds

While we do our best to avoid mistakes, unfortunately sometimes they do happen.

If you have a faulty item, or receive an item sent to you in error, please contact us via contact@theglamorousgrub.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order in .  

If your refund is approved, we will send you a returns postage label so that there is no cost to you in sending the product back to us. To be entitled to paid return postage, you must contact us about the issue first so we can review your request, and send you a label. We will not reimburse you for postage you have paid to a post office. 

 

Returns 

If you have ordered the wrong size we would be more than happy to exchange it for you, providing we have the correct size in stock. It is the purchasers responsibility to pay for postage of returns.

All return items must be returned in original condition, in original packaging, and with labels attached.
