Orders shipped via Australia Post with tracking. 

You will be notified immediately if there is an issue with dispatching your order.  

Regular Shipping $9.95 flat rate Australia Wide. 

Express Post Shipping $19.95 Flat Rate Australia Wide

Regular Shipping to NZ Flat Rate $33 NZD

(Please note selecting express shipping selects the service that your order is send with via Aust Post, it does not put it before other orders or change our processing time)  

 

Refunds

While we do our best to avoid mistakes, unfortunately sometimes they do happen.

If you have a faulty item, or receive an item sent to you in error, please contact us via contact@theglamorousgrub.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.  

If your refund is approved, we will send you a returns postage label so that there is no cost to you in sending the product back to us. To be entitled to paid return postage, you must contact us about the issue first so we can review your request, and send you a label. We will not reimburse you for postage you have paid to a post office.  Please note that thee item being returned must be still in brand new, unused condition, with tags still attached prior to the replacement being shipped.  We will use express postage to ensure this process occurs in a timely manner. 

 

Returns 

If you have ordered the wrong size we would be more than happy to exchange it for you, providing we have the correct size in stock. It is the purchasers responsibility to pay for postage of returns.

All return items must be returned in original condition, in original packaging, and with labels attached.
